We will set up your URL, email address and hosting. You'll get some emails from us to discuss the available URL choices for your business.

Design and Deployment

It's time for the fun part for us and the easy part for you. We will start working on your project and building your website, logo, visual identity and the other deliverables of your project.

Delivery

When everything is done, we will get your final approval and make your website live. We will provide you with the log in information for the your email(s).

Why is there a monthly fee?

The monthly fee covers several crucial things. The $35 monthly charge is to cover your hosting fees and our support services for both your website and g-suite. In addition we charge $6 per user per month for each G-suite user - This is the exact same price you would pay if you bought G-suite on your own.

Will my website look like everyone else's?

No! We use templates for the design and the copywriting in order to make this plan affordable to you, but create a variety of different design layouts, templates, elements and even copywriting elements. In addition, your website is customized with your logo and visual identity and custom graphics so that the chance of your website looking like someone else's is minuscule.

Can I transfer my website to you?

Yes you can - Your existing web design can not be re-used obviously, but in most cases you can transfer your URL to us and we can build your website using it. We will ask you during intake if this is a transfer

Can I transfer my G-suite administration to you?

Yes! We will ask you during intake if you will be transferring your G-suite to us for administration and then we will provide instructions on how to do it.

How can I make changes or get support?

After we get your website set up and ready to go we will give you a support email address to send your support requests to.

Do I need a logo?

Nope - If you would like us to make one for you, just select the Platinum plan and you'll get a high quality custom logo (and more) included with your delivery

Do I need a domain name?

If you don't have a domain name, we will register one for you after providing you with a few different options from the available domains. If you already have one, you can transfer the registration to us and we will take over the billing for it.

What if I already have Wix, wordpress etc.

No problem! We will ask you to give us access to your DNS settings wherever your URL is registered and then we will add the DNS settings to switch the hosting over to us.

Can you customize the template for me?

We customize the templates by changing the images, colors and copy. We also write custom copy for your "about us" section. In addition, we add your logo. This is the extent of customizations we offer at the moment.

Do I have to give you administration of G-suite?

Nope. If you prefer to remain the administrator of your G-suite account, we can exclude that portion of the service (and the monthly bill). If you choose to skip the G-suite administration then the price will be only $35/mo for hosting and site maintenance
